We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases, but we understand that sometimes buying online can lead to a return. We, as a small company, want to make the return process as easy as possible for you to the best of our abilities. We accept returns for a full exchange 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. Returned items are subject to a 30% restocking fee. After 14 days at our sole discretion, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. All non-vintage items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is “without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.” If you receive an item that is damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support (email@example.com) immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Please read product description carefully as items maybe final sale. Currently we are unable to cover the cost of all return shipping but generally if mailed by the post office the rate is very reasonable. If we are in error we will cover entire shipping cost.
